Using standard cmsimple menu system in the left navigation section, horizontal menu along the top as well as 5 cmsimple news boxes spread around the design. Don't overstack the H1 menu items too much as the top menu will only fit 6 or 7 average sized H1 page name before distorting the design.
News boxes pull content from H1 page names News, News2, News3, News4 & News5. (Edit template.htm to change these page names)
Not creating the News pages will just leave these areas blank and un-noticed.
There is also a blank image pack available for this design should you wish to use it for any other purpose. Remember to first intall the complete template. Then download the blank images and simply upload and overwrite the existing ones. You can then edit those images in your favour image editor.
